Order well in advance

After ordering after the last date, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the regular price. When ordering during move-in, a surcharge of 50% will be added to the regular price.

Keep in mind

The walls must be restored to the same condition as when they moved in. Any damage will be charged to the issuing company.

Freight handling

All freight handling is managed by Nordic Expo Service warehouse. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to Nordic Expo Service rates. See prices under General Info

Goods receiving opening hours:

Weekdays 07:00–16:00 (excluding public holidays)
Goods must have arrived no later than: 1-5 oct
Goods may be collected no earlier than: 13 october, at latest 16 october

Visitors opening hours:

Saturday 10 Okt 10.30-17.00
Sunday 11 okt 10.30-16.00
