After ordering after the last date, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the regular price. When ordering during move-in, a surcharge of 50% will be added to the regular price.
The walls must be restored to the same condition as when they moved in. Any damage will be charged to the issuing company.

For deliveries of larger packages or pallets that need to be unloaded via the loading dock, it is important that the supplier calls our conference reception well in advance at +46 72 568 67 74 and informs us of their approximate arrival time, as the loading dock is not staffed. A host or hostess will then meet the delivery at the loading dock.
