Until Mar 20, the City of Malmö will cover all additional orders. Orders placed after that date must be paid for by the exhibitor.

Basic package – booth 3 × 4 m (depth × width)

1 Electricity 10A incl. 3-way socket, no night power
Carpet (colour cannot be selected)
1 Spotlight/m back wall

Graphic production and goods handling are services not provided by the City of Malmö. Please be mindful and moderate in your orders, as they are funded by public tax money. If you are unsure, contact the project manager Emma Bolin at emma.bolin@malmo.se before placing your order.

Free general WiFi is available at Malmömässan.

Order well in advance

After ordering after the last date, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the regular price. When ordering during move-in, a surcharge of 50% will be added to the regular price.

Keep in mind

The walls must be restored to the same condition as when they moved in. Any damage will be charged to the issuing company.

Freight handling

All freight handling is managed by Nordic Expo Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing cargo will be charged according to Nordic Expo Service rates. See prices under Freight

Goods can be received from: Apr 20-24
All goods must be picked up no later than: Can be collected on April 30, May 1, and no later than May 4.
