What's included in your stand

Stand package from 4 m² upwards:

White wooden wall, 1×2.5 m
Storage room, 1×1 m (must be requested if required)
Rental carpet in a colour of your choice
1 spotlight per linear metre of wall
1 10 A electrical socket, including a multi-socket extension lead
Cleaning
Free choice of furniture from the categories below in the webshop for Saco Student Fair:
Tables, Brochure stands, Counters-Cabinets, Glass counters-Glass cabinets, Shelves, Other furnishings, Podiums, Chairs-Sofas
From 9 sqm, a storage area of 1m² is included (note! must be added in the order).

Order well in advance

After ordering after the last date, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the regular price. When ordering during move-in, a surcharge of 50% will be added to the regular price.

Keep in mind

The walls must be restored to the same condition as when they moved in. Any damage will be charged to the issuing company.

Freight handling

All freight handling is managed by Nordic Expo Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing cargo will be charged according to Nordic Expo Service rates. See prices under Freight
